HPC Software Scientist: GROMACS / Mixed Precision

The PDC Center for High Performance Computing at KTH (Stockholm) is hiring a HPC Software Scientist to work on the GROMACS core.

We are looking for a performance-minded C++ developer to join our HPC R&D team. You will work in the GANANA project alongside GROMACS core maintainers, designing and optimizing mixed-precision algorithms for MD simulations on CPUs and GPUs.

Must-haves:
– Strong practical C++ skills.
– Experience with parallel programming (MPI, OpenMP) or GPU kernels (CUDA/SYCL).
– Graduate degree in natural sciences, CS, applied math (PhD not required).
