Your application will be sent to the Conference and Events team, who will consider your application. The team will arrange interviews with the applicants before making a recommendation to the board of trustees, who will then vote on the appointment. The C&E team will then work with the successful candidate to begin preparations for the conference, such as booking the venue and appointing members of the steering group.
