Following the success of the Second Conference of Research Software Engineers, we secured another great venue, the Bramall Building which includes the Elgar Concert Hall at the University of Birmingham for our third conference, on 3rd and 4th September 2018. We expanded to around 300 attendees, again with an international mix, and a programme full of interesting talks, discussion sessions and practical workshops. We hope that everyone enjoyed the conference and found it useful in joining us for this great opportunity to look at the latest technical updates and network with the best in UK academia and industry in the field of research software engineering.
