Godwin (he/him) is a Senior Research Software Engineer at the University of Warwick. He works with researchers in the Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences, and their associated research centres to enable internationally excellent research by providing software engineering expertise, support, and training. He also co-chairs RSE meetings at the university.

Godwin played a key role in the formation of the RSE Midlands group. As a trustee, he hopes to contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the society and the RSE community. Currently, he leads the Web and Infrastructure subgroup and serves as vice-treasurer and a member of the governance subgroup.
