Teaching and Training SIG

The Teaching and Training SIG is a formalisation of the active communities within the Society of Research Software Engineering who meet to discuss teaching and training. We are currently working to sign up members in preparation for our first meeting which we hope to hold remotely in the first quarter of 2025.

We have three broad areas of interest which we will try to further through the SIG activities:

  1. Development of RSEs as Teachers/Trainers
  2. Development of teaching materials for researchers
  3. Development of teaching materials for RSE CPD
