William Haese-Hill is a Research Software Engineer at the University of Glasgow. He earned a PhD in Mathematical Physics from Loughborough University and spent many years developing software across multiple sectors in industry before returning to academia four years ago. Alongside project work, he contributes to teaching and training across the College of Medical, Veterinary & Life Sciences (MVLS). He has a particular interest in bioinformatics software.
