Evelina works in The Alan Turing Institute as a Principal Research Data Scientist. She is involved in a number of projects that are looking at real-world uses of artificial intelligence and machine learning, ranging from automation in air traffic control to enabling healthcare research on multiple long-term conditions. She is a member of the leadership team of the Research Engineering Group in the Turing.
Evelina’s background is in computer science, machine learning and statistics. Alongside her work in academia, she has been involved in open source community around the F# programming language.
