Ideally based permanently at the location where the conference will take place.

• Liaise with the relevant department at the venue to ensure:
  • Wifi is reliable and capable for workshops and the conference app for 400+ delegates
  • Audio, projectors and lecture consoles are working ahead of the conference (leaving enough time to fix anything)
  • Power sockets are functioning in each room and where no power exists, to liaise with the relevant department to temporarily install adequate extension cables and power sockets
